To respond to the expectations of our clients, BEST-HOME offers a property care service. We guarantee that you leave the property in good hands during your absence and make sure that everything is in perfect condition before your arrival so that you can enjoy your stay in sunny Spain at 100%.

The service includes:

• Key holding

Having someone you know and trust to take care of the keys to your property eliminates a lot of stress. We will have a set of keys that will remain safe under our care.

If guests come to you, we can share the keys with them. Just let us know.

We will be happy to welcome your guests and give the keys of your home. One of the biggest benefits of using this service is that at this first meeting we can answer any questions and help them feel welcome to your home. We will always give them our contact details if they have any questions or problems during your stay.

This service is offered during office hours from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.

• Monthly property checks

It is important to regularly check that everything is in order in your property in Spain and repair any damage or wear as soon as possible.

Checking the property includes checking the electricity, water and gas connections, ventilating the property, flushing out washbasins and toilets, verifying any visual signs of damage, checking that all doors and windows are closed.

After our inspection we will draw up a report and send it to you by e-mail.

• Telephone advice

In case the alarm goes off we act as contact person for the police and we see that there has been no incidence in the house
