An incredible, one-of-a-kind resort is being developed in a prime location on the outskirts of the town of Los Alcázares.
This is the second phase—featuring blocks 3 and 4—of an exclusive collection of spacious apartments situated by a lagoon.
Spanning over 700,000 m² and accessible only to residents, the complex will offer a wealth of amenities, including a crystal-clear, 16,000 m² lagoon with islands, surrounded by an 8,000 m² beach. The grounds will also feature a nature reserve with lush vegetation, numerous walking and cycling paths, mini-golf, outdoor gyms, playgrounds, tennis courts, and beach volleyball courts. Water sports enthusiasts will be able to enjoy kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) on the lagoon. Naturally, the development will also host a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and shops.
Within this exceptional setting, a stunning gated community comprising 72 apartments is being built. The available units are spacious and bright, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully furnished kitchen with an island that opens into a light-filled living and dining area. Both the master bedroom and the living room provide access to a terrace (ranging from 23 m² to 55 m²), which overlooks the communal grounds and the swimming pool—with views of the lagoon available from the second floor upwards. The price includes fitted kitchen cabinetry (with a range hood and cooktop), a central heating and cooling air-conditioning system, electric external shutters, fully equipped bathrooms, LED lighting, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms, as well as a parking space and a storage unit in the building's underground level. The gated residential complex will feature two swimming pools—including one with heated, saltwater—a children's pool, a playground, a barbecue and picnic area, parking and a washing station for bicycles, and green spaces with lush vegetation.
Prices range from €291,000 to €330,000.
